Toronto, April 2, 2009 – Astral Media The Harold Greenberg Fund will be switching to a three-deadline system for the next fiscal year, which begins September 1, 2009.

“After a detailed review of our systems and procedures, with the goal of improving client service, we have decided to move to three deadlines per fiscal year for the Script Development Program,” said John Galway, President, English-Language Program, Astral Media The Harold Greenberg Fund.  “While the program will have the same level of financial support from The Movie Network, the switch to three deadlines will allow us to be more responsive to the contracting and business affair needs of our clients, and give us more time to devote personal attention to the projects we support.”

The last Script Development Program deadline for this fiscal year will be on April 16, 2009.  The first deadline in the new fiscal year will be September 30, 2009.
